Technical and Field Support

For our domestic customers, we offer experienced, full-time technicians, staged both in Cleveland, Ohio and Houston, TX.  PLUS technicians are highly trained and knowledgeable about the operation and troubleshooting of our skids.  We are focused on working with our customers to achieve their DRA program’s needs.  PLUS employs an attitude of partnership with our customers, mutually benefitting each other and helping one another achieve excellence in their respective goals.

Manual and Technical Bulletins

PLUS’ customers are frequently complimenting our extensive operating manual that we provide with each skid.  Our manuals are a recognized industry standard and include extensive drawings, maintenance schedules, physical layout information, and tank strapping charts, to name a few.  These documents are used to train customer technicians on the operation and maintenance of the equipment, as well as, provide a DOT referenced manual. 

Included in our manuals are over 15 Technical Bulletins that guides anyone through some routine maintenance tasks and other operating conditions.  The technical bulletins provide step-by-step pictorial instructions that are very easy to follow for any operator out in the field.
