Our Equipment

PLUS’ patented PDR PLUS DRA injection skids and tank storage system are designed and manufactured in-house from beginning to end.  We have several different injection models, including portable emergency skids, low volume injection skids, fully contained skids with integrated secondary containment, and compact skids for overseas shipments; all vary in capacities and capabilities to fit our customers’ needs.

Our design strategy was based on keeping the components simple, yet powerful.  In other words, the skid has redundant components, straight forward control logic and hearty mechanical features.

Our equipment is simple to install, use, and maintain, yet has every control feature necessary to fully automate the DRA injection via hard wire or ethernet.  But don’t let the straightforward design and operation fool you.  PLUS manufactures to the highest standards with quality components dedicated to the goals of safety and simplicity.  By using a common sense approach and listening to our customers, we make breakthroughs in improvement.  Our skids’ reliability works for our customers to reduce downtime, reduce maintenance, and increase flexibility in choosing your chemical supplier.

Our skids are designed 1or 2 levels above compliance standards.  Whereas, the classification might require a Division II code, PLUS uses equipment that complies with Division I.  Where other companies use mechanical seals on gear pumps, PLUS uses a magnetic coupled pump.  All these benefits, and more, are conceived by years of experience and lead to the prevention of failures, rather than reacting to failures.
