Our
#1 focus when designing & operating skids is
safety. The interior of our units are classified to Class 1, Div I, Groups F & G, while all exterior classifications are Class 1, Div II. PLUS houses all communications and controls in a NEMA 7 explosion-proof cabinet, and all electrical components and motors are ATEX certified. While the skid as a whole is not certified, equipment certifications are available from original equipment manufacturers (OEM) per normal US business practices as per (but not limited to)
ASTM standards, NEC code, ATEX, OSHA regulations, UL Laboratory and other governing entities where regulated and required.
We also
highly value the safety of
our customers’ employees as well as the safety of
our own employees. PLUS promotes a safety-oriented environment — our technicians go through a myriad of safety trainings and certifications such as OSHA & Basic+ training, both non-DOT & DOT drug and alcohol testing, as well as other customer-mandated safety training. Our technicians are diligent onsite by using proper PPE, participating in tailgate safety meetings, filling out Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), our Red-Ribbon safety protocol, and more.
